Vehicle History:
The car had only two previous owners. First was the NZ Ministry of Education (?) and the second, the Headmaster of Taumarnui High School. It came into Mals posesion in the early 90’s as an excellent example of a 124 Special T. After looking at several others in bad condition, it was almost a shame to see this beautiful classic car sacrificed to become a quality race car. As the transformation slowly got underway sadness was replaced with excitement.
Future plans:
The car in its present form is great and whilst it wont beat most of the modern race cars it is still very competitive and there is a lot of fun to be had in this car, which is of course, the most important factor in racing.
